Who we are:
Bangla Housing Association was established in 1991. Our core mission is to provide good quality, affordable homes and relevant support services for those in greatest need in the local Bengali and other Black and Minority Ethnic Communities. Bangla Housing Association is registered with charitable status under the Industrial & Provident Societies Act 1965. No. 27419R

Bangla Board |
Bangla HA is run by voluntary members. They are mainly from of Bangladeshi and other Black & Minority Ethnic groups with professional background in Finance, Accounting, Housing Development and Management, Education, Legal and Community Work. There is a tenant and a Hackney Councillor on the Board.
Tenant Services Authority (TSA) and Local Authority recognition
Bangla HA is registered with the TSA as a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) No. L4534. We are supported by and on the BME list of the London Boroughs of Hackney, Islington and Waltham Forest.
Managing Properties
Currently Bangla HA manages 239 general needs properties for 13 partner RSLs in the London Boroughs of Hackney, Islington and Waltham Forest.
