Housing Management
Our housing management team is committed to providing high quality, professional, dedicated and culturally sensitive housing management services to our residents. This includes giving clear and un ambiguous information and advice at the start of the tenancy, helping with claims for housing and other welfare benefits, fast repairs services, dealing with and supporting victims of neighbour nuisance and anti social behaviour.
About 60% of our residents are of Bangladeshi origin and the other 40% belong to other BME groups (Pakistani, Indian, Turkish, Afro-Caribbean, European and Middle Eastern)
We take pride in high customer satisfaction level. We are committed to continuous improvement of our services and all of our 5 staff are multi-lingual in Sylheti, Bengali, Urdu, Hindi and English.
