| Zillur Rahman Tenants Representative |
We currently have a tenant on the Bangla Board. He is Mr Zillur Rahman of Monteagle Way, London E5. This is to give the residents a strong voice in the running of Bangla. Our Tenants Representative, Zillur Rahman will be delighted to hear from any tenants with any suggestions or comments about Bangla’s activities. Residents Focus Group
Residents focus group meetings are held in our office every three months.In these meetings Bangla officers give feedback on the various housing management activities they are involved in and the tenants give their comments and sugguestions as to how more improvements can be made to Bangla's services. The next meetings of the tenants focus group will be held on the following dates :

8 December 2011 at 11:00 am

Residents satisfaction survey :
In October 2009 we conducted our second 
Tenants Satisfaction Survey. To see the reprt please click "Tenants Satisfaction Survey".
We are due to conduct another Tenants Satisfaction Survey this year (2009) In September/October. Our tenants focus group members will be involved in conducting this year's survey.
