Customer Services Advisor

Salary - £25,000 pa – Full time (35 hours p/w)

Bangla Housing Association is a small community based Registered Provider. We are looking for a Customer Services Advisor, to join our growing and vibrant team.


You will be responsible for providing.


  • High quality customer services including housing management, rent collection, repairs & maintenance and estate services to our tenants and residents.

  • Administrative support and assist the housing management team with the smooth and efficient running of the Association's day to day affairs including welfare related advice/support


Knowledge of housing association or social housing and a good communication skill is essential
