Senior Property Coordinator

SALARY                                      :  £45,500 p/a 

 

TYPE OF CONTRACT                 : Permanent

 

HOURS:                                      : 35 hours per week

                                                        

LOCATION                                  : London

 

We are seeking a professional with sound knowledge and experience in managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations and maintenance of social housing properties. They must have a thorough understanding of the property they are managing, including any relevant laws and regulations, as well as the needs and concerns of tenants. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this role.

Community Health & Welfare Coordinator

SALARY                                      :  £20 per hour 

​

TYPE OF CONTRACT                 : 12 months (possible extension subject to funding)

HOURS:                                      : 8 hours per week

                                                        

LOCATION                                  : London

 

We are seeking an energetic community-led health and welfare professional with excellent communication and networking skills to lead on the development and delivery of our community health projects. They must also have good knowledge of the welfare benefits system to be able to assist our residents and the local community.
